Where there is clear water, keen fishermen find plenty to do. The river Gail, the breathtaking Valentine gorge with its crystal clear water; and the Angerbach for fishing in the middle of an enchanting alpine landscape and one of the most beautiful alpine lakes on Zollner mountain.

Fly-fishing season usually begins in the middle of April.

We have the possibility to organize fishing cards and licenses for fly fishing in the most beautyful area in Gail valley with rivers and a mountain lake; Our partners are: Fischwasser "Planner" in the community of Kirchbach and the municipality of "Kötschach-Mauthen" and  fishing in lake Zollner. 

We offer overnight stays with halfboard and the free entrance to Kürschners' SPA - in the hotel you find a dryingroom; the fishing cards and - licences are not included in our price for halfboard.
