Arrival and departure

Your hotel room is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and until 11:00  am on the day of departure. The hotel services begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end with the

breakfast on the day of departure. Guests arriving after 18:00 o'clock are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. A night check-in is possible - with  prior arrangement with the reception.

In general your room is available until 11am on departure day. For a fee of € 14,--/person (€ 7,--/child 0-9 y.) you are welcome to use our hotel leisure facilities by using your bathrobe and bathing basket with bath towel till 5 pm of your departure day.

Pets

Pets are welcome - per day / without food - at a charge of € 7,00. Pets are not allowed in the large restaurant, wellness oasis or swimming pool.

Bathrobes included

One bathrobe/adult is available during your stay. The bathrobe is changed automatically after 7 nights, for each additional bathrobe change we charge € 10,-- - please note that bathrobes are only available for adults.

Your room reservation

The reservation is binding with the confirmation of reservation - in case of cancellation, the cancellation services of the Österr. Hotel Regulations is valid.

Down-payments

For bookings of 3 nights or more, we require a deposit of € 100.00 per person and a deposit of € 200.00 for bookings for more than 4 nights, ( free of charge) on our account

Cancellation conditions - Travel Cancellation Insurance

A travel insurance is not included in our prices. It should therefore be completed by you. We offer you a package through the European Travel Insurance. In the case of a cancellation or early departure due to illness, death or occupational disability, you must pay the costs of your stay.

The right of revocation pursuant to § 11 para. 1 FAGG is not applicable. For this reason, the general terms and conditions for idehotellerie apply
